Coordinating alignment between the utility existing midstream programs and Xcel's launch of its new midstream HPWH rebate program to attract top manufacturers' marketing and training dollars to Colorado.

Intervene in 2027-29 Xcel Energy/PUC Megadocket - starts in July 2026

Express your voice to request modifications to improve all DSM/BE and CHP HP residential and commercial rebates providing field input on what is and isn’t working

Discuss your ideas to propose new rebates and pilot programs for incentives, load flexibility, DR, etc.

Address the systemic DSM/CHP delayed operational rebate program practices with EEBC's legal team for:

transparency

application/corrections processing

rebate reimbursement processing
