EEBC is seeking feedback on what is needed to fix Xcel’s rebate application and payback delay issues. Take the 10-15 min survey on the spot. Discuss how we plan to use your feedback and how the data can influence Xcel Energy’s program issues.

Prioritize this group’s strategy to advocate and intervene in Xcel Energy’s 2027-29 DSM/CHP/SI Plan mega docket - using your survey results in 2026.

Standard intervening priorities are modifying current rebate programs and proposing new rebates or company products to be rebated in the new Plan.
