Join EEBC's new Industry Action Group to reduce the pain of HPWH adoption. EEBC is a trade association representing members that include contractors, distributors, and manufacturers of energy efficiency and electrification products and services in Colorado.

This new HPWH Action Group is geared toward progressive, forward-thinking contractors and industry members that are interested in increasing their bottom line and growing their business through HPWH quality installations. EEBC members Johnstone Supply, Bosch, and Vista Sales have volunteered as Action Group Co-chairs and will lead this HPWH Action Group. (As EEBC Members now, can/should we add Bradford White-KM Sales, AO Smith-TM Sales as Co-Chairs??)

Meeting Agenda/Topics:

This meeting follows our initial kick-off meeting held on February 10^th, 2025. We are looking forward to getting back together to start establishing standards, guidelines, business processes and next steps to deliver a program that is rated as a Real Winner for all involved. Meeting the needs of consumers, contractors, distributors, manufacturers, program implementers, federal/state/city and local utilities will require your voice at the table. Please attend this next meeting so you can share your thoughts as we discuss the following subjects:

Finalize mission statement of HPWH Action group.
Establish the needs of a Successful HPWH transaction process from start to finish
Create answers to the permit process: licensing for plumbers, mechanical, electrician
Training: recommended vs required, HPWH testing & certificate of completion
Residential and commercial opportunities
Prioritizing objectives and strategizing and planning next steps.

Hear directly from manufacturers and distributors about what’s readily available in the market today and how you can easily incorporate HPWHs into your existing business.
Network with your industry and receive important updates, including rebate news and training available to you and your employees/installers. (Note: this meeting is not technical training).
