Energy Outreach Colorado Low-income Energy Assistance Program CIP

What: Energy Outreach Colorado (EOC) is a non-profit organization that has been selected to operate and administer the Colorado Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) statewide Crisis Intervention Program (CIP). The Program assists low-income Coloradans by funding the emergency repair or replacement of failing heating systems, while also ensuring the residents’ health and safety. Common CIP services include repairing or replacing furnaces or boilers. Other services may include snow removal to facilitate fuel delivery. Click here to be directed to the registration page
