EEBC Board Member Nomination Process
The Nominating Committee determines the composition of the board by identifying, recruiting and proposing board members.
The committee provides the board with written recommendations for nomination for full board approval.
The Nominating Committee seeks individuals who have a minimum of the following qualifications:
• A strong commitment to the EEBC Mission
• A willingness to participate in monthly board meetings
• Serve on at least one or two committees (about 3 to 4 hours per month)
• A willingness to participate in at least two quarterly membership meetings per year
