About the Speakers

Ron Binz is President of Public Policy Consulting, specializing in policy and regulatory issues in the telecommunications and energy industries. Ron was former chairman of the Colorado Public Utilities Commission and also served until 2003 as President of the Competition Policy Institute (CPI), based in Washington, D.C. For eleven years, until 1995, Ron directed the Colorado Office of Consumer Counsel, the state's utility consumer advocate.

He has built multiple organizations from the ground up; creating jobs, economic activity and scalable growth for the industry.
